迦南美地酒庄全名宁夏迦南美地酒庄有限公司，酒庄位于贺兰山东麓，银川市园林场，由北京哈纳斯能源投资有限公司和德籍华裔王方女士合资建设，总投资额2000万元。王方女士在德国接受教育和生活10多年，父亲是宁夏当地著名的葡萄酒专家，机缘恰和下，投身到宁夏葡萄酒产业当中。

庄主王方信仰基督教，因为对葡萄园充满期望，而选择了迦南美地作为酒庄的名字，迦南是以色列人的圣地，在《旧约》中被称为“流着奶和蜜”的地方，被誉为“希望之乡”。

迦南美地酒庄地处贺兰山东麓，气候为大陆性半干旱气候，土壤为富含砾石的浅灰钙质土，葡萄园占地面积275亩，主要种植的品种为赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）、梅洛（Merlot）、霞多丽（Chardonnay）、雷司令（Riesling），长时间的日照和较高的昼夜温差赋予葡萄酒独特的魅力。酒庄使用全套意大利进口酿酒设备，葡萄酒陈年所应用的橡木桶来自法国不同地区，同时聘请国内与德国知名酿酒师进行酿造指导。

酒庄出品的主要酒款包括迦南美地雷司令干白葡萄酒、迦南美地半甜混酿葡萄酒、迦南美地小野马葡萄酒、迦南美地小马驹葡萄酒、迦南美地黑骏马葡萄酒。经历短短几年时间，酒庄出产的葡萄酒就赢得了世界赞誉，酒庄出产的霞多丽和赤霞珠葡萄酒，曾受到杰西斯·罗宾逊等葡萄酒大师的联合推荐。

迦南美地酒庄（Kanaan Winery）是一座位于中国宁夏贺兰山东麓的精品酒庄。迦南是以色列人的圣地，在《旧约》中被称为“流着奶和蜜”的地方，被誉为“希望之乡”。Kanaan Winery is a boutique winery located at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, China. Kanaan, the holy land of the Israelites, is known in the Old Testament as a place "flowing with milk and honey" and as the "land of hope". 

酒庄由德籍华裔王方女士创建于2011年。她出身于葡萄酒世家，其父王奉玉先生是中国精品葡萄酒的开创者之一。王方女士在旅居德国十余年期间对来自世界各地的葡萄酒有着深入的了解。2011年，在父亲的影响下，王方女士带着对家乡酿酒业的憧憬回到宁夏，开始了自己的酿酒生涯。因其酿酒风格大胆，敢于打破常规，王方女士被业界称为“魔方（Crazy Fang）”。短短几年时间，酒庄酿造的葡萄酒就赢得了国际声誉。2019年，庄主王方女士还被《酒饮商务》（Drink Business）评为中国葡萄酒市场十大影响力女性之一。The winery was founded in 2011 by Ms. Wang Fang, a German Chinese. She comes from a wine family, and her father, Mr. Wang Fengyu, is one of the pioneers of fine wine in China. Ms. Wang Fang has a deep understanding of wines from all over the world during her more than ten years in Germany. In 2011, under the influence of her father, Ms. Wang Fang returned to Ningxia with a vision of the brewing industry in her hometown and began her brewing career. Because of her bold winemaking style and daring to break the rules, Ms. Wang Fang is known as "Crazy Fang" in the industry. In just a few years, the wine made by the winery has won an international reputation. In 2019, Ms. Wang Fang was also named one of the top ten influential women in China's wine market by Drink Business.

酒庄坐落的宁夏贺兰山东麓产区是业界公认的世界上最适合葡萄种植的黄金地带之一。这里属大陆性干旱半干旱气候，干燥少雨，光照充足，昼夜温差大，十分有利于葡萄的种植。土壤以淡灰钙土为主，含有风沙土、灌淤土、砾石和砂粒，土质透气性佳，有机质含量低，土壤表面为沙面多孔，下层土质松软，非常适合葡萄生长。The winery is located in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia, which is recognized by the industry as one of the most suitable golden areas for grape cultivation in the world. It has a continental arid and semi-arid climate, dry and rainless, abundant sunshine and large temperature difference between day and night, which is very conducive to the cultivation of grapes. The soil is mainly light sierozem, containing aeolian sandy soil, irrigation silt soil, gravel and sand, with good air permeability and low organic matter content. The soil surface is sandy and porous, and the lower soil is soft, which is very suitable for grape growth.

在葡萄种植上，酒庄控制葡萄产量，以保证葡萄果实的品质。目前酒庄主要种植有赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）、梅洛（Merlot）、霞多丽（Chardonnay）和雷司令（Riesling）等葡萄品种。在酿酒工艺上，酒庄采用冷浸渍法（Cold Maceration），严格控制葡萄醪的浸渍温度，赋予葡萄酒迷人般的色泽和馥郁的果香。酒庄酿造的红葡萄酒还会在法国橡木桶中陈酿数月，使酒液的香气更为馥郁，口感更加柔顺。 In grape cultivation, the winery controls the yield of grapes to ensure the quality of grapes. At present, the winery mainly grows Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Riesling. In terms of winemaking technology, the winery adopts Cold Maceration, which strictly controls the maceration temperature of grape mash, giving the wine a charming color and rich fruit aroma. The red wine from the winery will also be aged in French oak barrels for several months to make the wine more fragrant and supple.

经过十年的发展，酒庄出品的多款葡萄酒大获好评。2011年份的迦南美地酒庄黑骏马红葡萄酒（Kanaan Winery Black Beauty）香气新鲜纯净，散发着蓝莓的果香和紫罗兰的花香，还伴有打火石和辛香料的气息，该款酒于2014年获得了杰西斯罗宾逊（Jancis Robinson）、贝尔纳·布尔奇（Bernard Burtschy）和伊安·达加塔（Ian D’Agata）三位葡萄酒大师的联名推荐。2012年份的迦南美地酒庄黑骏马红葡萄酒和2011年份的迦南美地酒庄魔方红葡萄酒（Kanaan Winery Crazy Fang）获得了知名酒评家罗伯特·帕克（Robert Parker）90+的评分。2015年份的迦南美地酒庄雷司令白葡萄酒（Kannan Winery Riesling）还在亚洲葡萄酒及烈酒大赛（AWSA）中斩获金奖。After ten years of development, many wines produced by the winery have won great praise. The 2011 Kanaan Winery Black Beauty is fresh and pure, with aromas of blueberries and violets, flint and spices. In 2014, the wine received a joint recommendation from three Masters of Wine, Jancis Robinson, Bernard Burtschy and Ian D 'Agata. The 2012 Château Canamside Black Horse and the 2011 Château Canamside Rubik's Cube (Canaan Winery Crazy Fang) received a 90 + rating from renowned wine critic Robert Parker. The 2015 Kannan Winery Riesling also won a gold medal at the Asian Wine and Spirits Competition (AWSA).

迦南被《圣经》称作“应许之地”，是以色列人民经历40年旷野生活之后，进入上帝所赐的 “流着奶与蜜之地”，庄主王方信仰基督教，因着对葡萄园充满期望，故起此名——迦南美地。
